Who to contact

Information you provide
The enquiry form requests your name, business name, email address, selected service and project details. Phone number and budget are optional. This information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and communicate about your project. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Please do not include payment-card details, passwords, health information or other sensitive information in a project brief.
How an enquiry is sent
The form sends the information you enter to FormSubmit, a third-party form service, for delivery to NovaSite.Cloud. The provider processes the submission under its own terms and privacy notice. The website does not store your project brief in browser local storage. An accepted response from the service does not guarantee email delivery.
You can contact us directly by email or WhatsApp instead. Those services process information under their own policies. Clicking a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp; the prefilled message contains the service you selected, not your form answers.
Cookies and optional analytics
The website stores a local preference named novasite-consent-1 to remember your cookie choice. Optional Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is disabled unless configured by the website owner. When configured, it is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Browser Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics disabled.
With permission, analytics may measure page visits, calls to action, WhatsApp clicks and accepted form submissions. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and project descriptions are not deliberately included in analytics events. Advertising features are not enabled by this website’s direct Analytics integration.
You can change your choice from “Cookie preferences” in the website footer. Selecting “Essential only” stops future analytics loading; if analytics was already loaded, the page reloads to unload it. Basic hosting logs may still be processed by the hosting provider to operate and secure the website.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, form delivery, email and optional analytics providers may process data outside South Africa. Provider records and submitted enquiries may be retained according to their operational settings and applicable requirements. Contact NovaSite.Cloud to ask about retention for your enquiry or request deletion where appropriate. Details needed for an ongoing project or a legal obligation may need to be retained.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your enquiry, or withdraw permission for further contact. Email the studio with enough information to identify the request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
