A considered approach

Turn everyday questions into useful pages.

Customers often arrive with practical questions: do you provide this service, do you work in their area and what information is needed for a quote? A business website should answer those questions before asking someone to submit an enquiry.

01

A clear service structure

Group your services in language your customers recognise. Give distinct services their own pages when there is enough useful information to explain suitability, scope and the next step.

02

Credibility that can be checked

Present accurate company details, a clear process and genuine examples of work where permission exists. Use approved testimonials only; stock photographs should never imply they show your team or customers.

03

Contact without friction

Make telephone, email and WhatsApp links easy to find. Keep enquiry fields focused on what is needed to respond, and make success and error messages clear.

A considered approach

Choose features around your workflow.

A website for a trades business may prioritise service areas and quote requests. A professional practice may need detailed service explanations and appointment enquiries. A supplier may need a browsable product catalogue without taking payments online. These are planning examples, not claimed client projects.

01

A brochure or service site

Use a compact page set for a clear introduction, services, business background and contact information. This is useful when enquiries are handled personally.

02

A growing content site

Plan a consistent page structure when several services or resources need to grow over time. Agree who will approve new copy and keep business information current.

03

Bookings and integrations

If customers must choose times, submit documents or access an account, identify the required system early. These functions need specific scope, provider accounts and appropriate access controls.

From the first brief
to the next step.

A clear sequence helps everyone understand the decisions, dependencies and checks involved.

  1. 01

    Understand the enquiry

Define what a useful lead looks like and which details your team needs.

  2. 02

    Plan the content

Organise services, proof, FAQs and contact routes into a manageable page list.

  3. 03

    Build for everyday use

Develop readable mobile layouts, working contact actions and the agreed editing workflow.

  4. 04

    Prepare the handover

Confirm who maintains content, handles enquiries and manages domain and hosting renewals.

SCOPE & PRICING

Know what is included.

The published Starter package is R2,000 once-off and lists five pages, mobile responsiveness, a contact form, basic SEO setup and one revision round. Business is R2,500 and lists ten pages with additional features. The written proposal confirms how the package fits your business.

A little clarity

Before you
get started.

Do we need a separate page for every service?

Only when each page has a distinct purpose and useful detail. Closely related services can share a page; copying the same text and changing a service name is not a useful content plan.

Can an existing domain be used?

Yes, where the required access is available. Confirm the registrar, DNS access, current hosting and email setup before making changes so existing services can be considered.

Can a business website accept bookings later?

That can be planned as a later phase. Identify the future booking requirements now so the navigation and customer journey can accommodate them; integration costs and providers are agreed separately.

Should every city have its own page?

No. List genuine service areas clearly. Create a local page only where there is real local relevance and enough distinct information to help visitors.
