NOVASITE.CLOUD · UPDATED 16 OCTOBER 2026
Website Terms
These terms explain the use of this website and the way project information is presented. A written proposal or project agreement sets the specific terms of any commissioned work.
Website information
NovaSite.Cloud provides information about website design, development and related digital services. Content is prepared with care, but service details and availability can change. Contact the studio to confirm the details relevant to your project.
Packages and quotations
Displayed prices are in South African rand and are based on NovaSite.Cloud’s published pricing when this website was prepared. Package descriptions provide a starting point for discussion. Your written proposal confirms the deliverables, scope limits, revision arrangements, payment schedule, tax treatment, third-party fees and any renewal or ongoing support charges.
An enquiry does not create a project contract. Work begins according to the agreement accepted by both parties. Any scope changes should be agreed in writing.
Concepts and illustrative imagery
The six design explorations and the concept case studies are illustrative creative studies, not representations of completed client commissions. Their names are fictional creative labels. They do not accept payments or reservations and do not claim measured commercial results.
Stock photographs illustrate services and industries. They do not identify NovaSite.Cloud’s staff or clients and do not imply an endorsement by the people or businesses depicted.
Content and intellectual property
Website code, original design, branding and supplied content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Stock photography, fonts and third-party software are used under their respective licences. Ownership and licensing for commissioned work are addressed in the project agreement.
Integrations and external links
Some services use third-party providers, including form delivery, messaging, booking, payments and hosting. Their availability, fees, terms and privacy policies may apply. External links do not establish a partnership or endorsement.
Performance and search visibility
Design, optimisation and technical SEO support a better website experience. They do not guarantee sales, enquiry volumes, uninterrupted service, a particular search ranking or indexing. Actual performance depends on the deployed website, content, hosting, network conditions and third-party integrations.
Responsible use
Use the website and enquiry form for lawful, relevant communication. Do not send malicious files or content, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the website’s operation.
